The Gulf Research Problem is given the following formula:

where
\[ u_i = 25 + \sqrt{\left(-50 \ln 'left(\frac{i}{100}\right)\right)}, \]
subject to \(0.1\le x_1 \le 100\), \(0 \le x_2 \le 25.6\) and \(0\le x_3 \le 5\f\) with the global minimum located at \(\mathbf{x}^* = (50, 25, 1.5)\) with value \(f(\mathbf{x}^*) = 0\).
