The Csendes function has the following formula:
\[ f(\mathbf{x}) = \sum^D_{i=1} x_i^6\left(2 + \sin\frac{1}{x_i}\right), \]
subject to \(-1\le x_i \le 1\). The global minimum is located at \(\mathbf{x}^* = (0, \ldots, 0)\) with value \(f(\mathbf{x}^*) = 0\). Note that to avoid evaluating \(\lim_{x_i\to 0}\sin\left(\frac{1}{x_i}\right)\), we add the smallest representable floating point value above 1.0 to \(x_i\).
